Upon arrival, attendees (family and friends of filmmakers) may directly enter the venue and be seated. Filmmakers, however, will want to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to walk the red carpet, greet their adoring fans, and pose for photographs.

The ceremony will begin with an introduction of our emcee for the night who will then begin announcing the nominees for each division and category. Category winners will have approximately 30 seconds of their videos shown and be invited on stage to accept a trophy and give a brief acceptance speech.

After all category winners have been announced, our emcee will then present the awards for Best In Show. Only category winners are eligible for their division's Best In Show award. Winners will have their videos shown in their entirety, be invited on stage to accept their trophy and technology prize for their school and give an acceptance speech.
